Until further notice, all accounts will be on a Proforma basis.

NOTE

Any changes in ownership, control or debenture of the customer must be notified in writing to our registered office immediately, and Instanti Limited reserve the right to change the Customer's credit terms (or refuse further credit) as a result of such changes.

ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION

The details given above are correct and, by signing and returning this form to Instanti Limited as set out below, I confirm that(i) I have authority to sign on behalf of the customer identified in this account application form, and (ii) the customer accepts Instanti Limited's terms and conditions of business attached to this form.

I / we also give our formal consent for you to apply to our bankers for details regarding the conduct of our account detailed above. Any charges incurred in such an enquiry are to be debited to our account detailed above. This must be singed in accordance with your bank's mandate
